(Washington, DC)  —  Some cities are being affected more than others due to the partial shutdown of the federal government.   Washington, DC is feeling the most heat, with 19 percent of local wages being provided by the federal government.  In Bethesda, Maryland, 13 percent of local wages are paid by the feds.  Virginia Beach, Virginia is also taking a hit with 12 percent of local wages are paid to federal workers.  More than 800-thousand federal workers off the job due to the shutdown.
