(Stafford, VA) — A judge has set a January trial date for a Stafford man who’s accused of murdering a baby boy in July. The judge also set bail at 250-thousand dollars and ordered 40-year-old Duc Chau to live with family in Alexandria and not to have any unsupervised contact with children, including his own. He had been babysitting 17-month-old Jordan Ly whom prosecutors and police say suffered severe abuse and head trauma.
