A Springfield man is accused of taking “upskirt” photos of women at the Lincoln Memorial. U.S. Park Police say Christopher Cleveland used a telephoto lens to shoot photos of women sitting above him on the steps leading to the memorial. According to the “Washington Post” police also saw Cleveland taking upskirt photos at the Reflecting Pool, but when officers approached he refused to drop his camera and resisted arrest. Cleveland is charged with voyeurism and assault on a police officer. Police say he had hundreds of upskirt photos, taken around DC for more than a year.
