Recently, I had a fantastic time hangin’ out with Chef Mark at Ruby Tuesday in Westfield Wheaton Mall. We talked about his passion for food and how that translates into the kitchens of Ruby Tuesday. Chef Mark and the staff at RT were fantastic! They laid out a totally sinful spread of new menu options and old favorites for me to sample. There were so many succulent dishes, I could barely contain myself. Everything was delicious but my absolute favorites were the Coconut Shrimp with Lime Sauce and the Ribs & Shrimp entree.
