Information desk clerk needed to man front desk lobby of new Hospital. Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task between walk in traffic and telephone management. Major skills needed: telephone support, communication skills, computer skills, ability to deal with a diverse population. Major duties include: providing information, providing directions, assisting people with special needs (communications and or physical needs) ability to problem solve, ability to remain calm under stressful situations. Successful candidate must be extremely flexible.
