According to the New York Daily News, Jeffrey Horan, a mentally unstable multimillionaire spent over $1 million dollars on luxury vehicles for strangers.

Horan reportedly spent $72,000 on a Mercedes- Benz and $460,000 on a Lamborghini for a contractor named Alex Gershkovich who was working on his home and a woman named Elizabeth Ortiz– who he also gave a whopping $300,000.

The 43-year-old reportedly went on the shopping spree in 2010 before his family stepped in and ended his spending splurge.

Lawrence Horan, the younger brother of Jeffrey, is now suing banking giant Bank of America for not protecting his brothers money.

Lawrence filed the suit on May 23, he is accusing Bank of America of ignoring “the suspicious and inexplicable activity” reports the New York Daily News.

He also claims that Bank of America was aware of his brother’s mental issues, citing that his brother had been hospitalized twice for mental issues.

Lawrence is seeking $4 million in damages from Ortiz and Gershkovich also.
