(Washington, DC) — President Obama is expected to have more to say about the IRS scandal today. He’ll hold a news conference with visiting Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan [[ REH-jep TY-ip UHR-doh-wahn ]] at noon, Eastern time. Just yesterday, word came from Obama that acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller will be stepping down. His departure comes as the IRS remains under fire for putting conservative groups under unnecessary scrutiny when trying to obtain tax-exempt status.
