Apparently Kandi Buruss has decided to move forward with her plans to sue Kim Zolciak, former cast member of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, over her song “Tardy for the Party.”
The lawsuit comes as an issue of copyright infringement and royalties according to Kandi who has finally commented on situation. Zolciak has been adamant about her beliefs that the lawsuit is a “publicity stunt” in interviews regarding the situation and attacked Kandi’s character as well as the real motivation behind the lawsuit.
Kandi, is remaining pretty tight-lipped about the situation.
