Lendsey and Delilha Harbins were both slapped with felony theft of services charges for allegedly not buying the $6.75 tickets required to legally watch “Warm Bodies” and given trespassing warnings even though they paid to see “Snitch.”

The Harbins said they had been at a funeral all day and “were not thinking correctly” according to the police report.

What they have now is a felony conviction on file which means they will have a much more difficult time getting a job, possibly becoming licensed, voting , possessing firearms, getting a student loan, housing and more far reaching consequences.  This is not usual, the prison system is full of convicted felons for misdemeanor crimes.
