I’m not sure if Roscoe’s was the first to serve waffles and fried chicken, but, when in L.A., it’s a must stop for many. You never know who you might see there. I met Jesse Jackson and Mike Tyson there years ago. Some say the food is overrated, but still find themselves grubbing there weekly. I have my own special that I used to get.
