A Capitol Hill neighborhood is on edge as police investigate recent robberies. Masked men held up a 7-Eleven at 8th and “E” Streets in Southeast yesterday morning – just two weeks after a Radio Shack was held up in the same neighborhood. ANC Commissioner Jared Critchfield says if someone witnesses a crime, they should try to get a good look at the suspects. Police say robberies have tripled over the past year in the community in Ward 6.
