Operations Manager (Mail Services)

Location: Capitol Heights, Md.
The ServiceSource Network is seeking a highly experienced manager with a concentrated work history in managing large scale projects with subject matter expertise in government contracts, budgeting, performance analysis, team building, problem resolution and customer satisfaction programs. Candidate will assist the Regional VP in operations and in the development and implementation of quality assurance standards and controls across projects in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Region. Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a variety of quality control methods and procedures to maintain smooth and problem-free operations. Responsibility includes ensuring that individual contracts/sites adhere to contract performance and quality assurance requirements; coordinate the activities of the quality control function to ensure achievement of program objectives; monitor quality results against performance thresholds; oversee the development and implementation of new procedures and workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency as well as identify training needs, especially in the areas of quality assurance and safety. Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager or equivalent, preferably with a Quality Assurance background; MBA or equivalent; outstanding interpersonal, writing and communication skills; proven experience in high volume/fast paced operations environment; willingness to work “hands-on” in the operations arena; accountability is essential and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Access and Word. Candidate must pass a criminal background check, be able to possibly secure a secret clearance and pass drug testing requirements.
