(Bowie, MD) –Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal stabbing at Bowie State University.A DC woman, 18-year-old Dominque Frazier, was stabbed inside a campus residence hall. Her 19-year-old roommate, a woman from District Heights, is in police custody this morning and charges are pending. Police were called last night to the 14-thousand block of Jericho Park Road just after 8 after Frazier was found bleeding on the second floor of the Christa McAullife Resident Hall. Witnesses say she was stabbed in the neck. Frazier was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
