(Washington, DC)  —  Nine people, including five children, are hospitalized after a pair of school buses collided head-on in Northeast Washington yesterday afternoon.  A DC Fire and EMS spokesman says the accident involving a DC Public School bus and one from Prince George’s County collided on Eastern Avenue near Sheriff Road.  Of the four adults injured, two are said to be in serious condition but should survive.  The students who were hurt are believed to be of elementary school age and have minor injuries.
