Kelly Rowland is the latest celebrity to be hit with a tax lien by the IRS! The Detroit News is reporting the IRS filed a $98,634 lien against the ex-Destiny’s Child singer on Nov. 8 with the New York City Register. Rowland, 29, rose to fame in the girl group, which broke through with the 1999 hit tune “Bills, Bills, Bills.” After the group broke up, she released a few solo albums and maintains an acting career that included portraying Motown legend (and ex-Detroit Councilwoman/tax delinquent) Martha Reeves in a 2003 episode of the TV show “American Dreams.”
