According to Destiny’s Child Rumors, Beyonce showed Alicia Keys up so bad the video had to scrapped!

“Alicia’s people didnt have 100% belief in the song, Alicia [read: Swizz] was pushing it more and she wanted Beyonce to be apart of it. Alicia’s people still refused, main reason being they thought that it was more of a Beyonce ft Alicia, rather than Alicia being a dominant artist on the track. Basically, next to Beyonce, Alicia was over shadowed. So they canned “Put It In A Love Song” and opted for “Unthinkable” instead. They thought the fans would react better to “Unthinkable”. “Put It In A Love Song” would have been a huge summer smash and Alicia knows it”

As of right now, the release of the video has been put on hold and they aren’t sure what to do with the video.

Even though she has not confirmed her pregnancy to the media, Mariah Carey was spotted stepping out in Sao Paulo wearing A Pea in the Pod‘s Spaghetti Strap Halter Maternity Maxi Dress.

While Carey, 40, remains quiet and husband Nick Cannon plays coy, the singer’s rep Cindi Berger shares:

“I spoke to Mariah from Brazil. She is very superstitious — and when the time is right for her and Nick to announce something, she will.”

Things are not looking good for diva Mariah Carey. The 39-year-old’s remixes for her ‘Angel’s Advocate’ LP have failed to excite fans, with the lead singles ‘Up Out My Face’ featuring Nicki Minaj and the Ne-Yo-assisted ‘Angel’s Cry’ failing miserably on the charts.

While ‘Up Out My Face’ peaked disappointingly at #100 on Billboard Hot 100, ”Cry’ embarrassingly never even garnered enough airplay or downloads to even debut on the chart.

However, though her new music hasn’t been fairing too well state-side, she’s still a star in Brazil. Her cover of the 1984 Foreigner classic “I Want To Know What Love Is,” barely got any airplay here in the US, but has been on the Brazilian charts for 20 consecutive weeks – at the #1 spot!!

The song has received the honor of being the longest chart-topper song in the country’s history! Brazil must really like their remixes!
