It wasn’t a particularly nice day out, but people from all over the DMV and beyond trekked through rain and mud to come support the Summer Spirit Festival at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Participants included Hiatus Kaiyote, Black Alley, Busta Rhymes, Rare Essence, Raheem Devaughn, and Erykah Badu !
