WMMJ/ WKYS Chuck Brown Dedication @ Howard Theatre

Radio One stations Majic 102.3 and 93.9 WKYS held a public dedication to celebrate the life the Godfather of Go-Go Chuck Brown at the Howard Theatre on May 16. Chuck’s fans came from all over to show their love for the Grammy-nominated DC music legend after news of his passing broke earlier that day. Chuck Brown’s daughter Cookie and another go-go legend Sugar Bear also came out to support.
