It’s official! Wind Down Thursdays at the Boulevard at Capitol Centre, hosted by your DC Girl April Watts, is the best Thursday event in the DMV!! Phaze II band delivered an amazing performance at the most recent installment and well over 1,200 people came out to relax, unwind, and even enjoy what April calls the “grown up turn up”! Attendees even did the Wobble, right in the middle of the mall!
