Hard to believe it’s been 20 years since it all happened. Strangely enough, I missed the whole thing. I had cable, I had a television, but, I was taking my daily nap when it all went down. Here’s my story.
First off, I was in L.A. that Sunday that the murders were committed. I had worked in Los Angeles and my family was still there, as the kids were finishing the school year. I was working mornings in Chicago and flew back that Sunday afternoon. O.J. caught a flight later that evening to…..Chicago, for a golf event if I’m not mistaken. I woke up to hear about the murders. O.J. flew back to L.A. the following morning and a couple of days later, while I was taking my after show nap, millions watched as A.C. Cowlings and O.J. drove slowly around L.A. and I missed every mile of the ride.
