My Darling Baby Jeff “J Enriquez” of One80 Salon served me a royal beat for the DC Lottery Red Carpet Experience. He did such a fabulous job that I found myself staring in the mirror pouting because I didn’t want to wash my face before bed. It wasn’t until I looked back at the pictures that I realized Jeff had given me a red lip and a smokey eye. From my understanding, you should rock either or but never the two together. Once again, this goes to show, it’s not what you do but how you do it. Jeff gave me a very soft and neutral smokey eye that did not compete with the bold lip.
