(Fairfax Co., VA) — A Woodbridge woman is accused of threatening to burn down a house. Investigators say it’s related to an incident yesterday in the 61-hundred block of Rolling Road in Springfield. Twenty-eight-year-old Ashley Milstead was being held without bond in the Fairfax County Detention Center. So far there no additional details.
