The much maligned Paula Deen, who lost her food empire due in part to charges that she used racial slurs filed by a former employee, had those claims dismissed today in court. The judge ruled that the plaintiff, Lisa Jackson had no right to claim racial discrimination, because Ms. Jackson is WHITE!
