First it was the brothers who tried out for the Bachelor, now it’s the brothers who didn’t make the cut on American Idol. TMZ says that 10 former contestants have accused producers of conducting a “cruel and inhumane” scheme to exploit them for ratings by illegally digging up their arrest histories and using the records to humiliate them on national TV. They also say this only happened to black contestants. The guys are looking for 25 million each, but something tells me they might take less!
