The latest update on Bobby Brown’s sentence, as reported by TMZ, is that—he’s out! Yes, Bobby Brown apparently has been released from jail after less than 24 hours behind bars.
The Los Angeles County Jail system in recent years has suffered severely from overcrowding of cells. Bobby Brown’s release may be linked to this. Additionally, the context of convictions and behavior, according to current eligibility requirements, also can contribute to adjustments in a sentencing such as the case with Brown.
According to the Los Angeles County Probation Department, Brown is technically still in custody. The singer is required to wear a monitor bracelet for the remainder of his nine day sentence.
