The government is finally going to get the money they’ve been trying to collect from Nas. The Georgia Department of Revenue has filed new legal docs in their effort to collect $1,083,435 from the rapper for taxes it claims Nas owes for the years 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 says TMZ.

The rapper currently owes $1,083,435 to Georgia, which is now garnishing his Live Nation tour earnings.
Live Nation is promoting Nas’ current tour with Lauryn Hill, who has her own tax woes and could be sentenced to up to three years in prison, for failing to pay taxes on $1.5 million she earned over the past decade.
