I really think Beyonce’s response shows she missed the point of what Harry Belafonte was saying. Sure, you could say Harry came up in a different time, but, what he was hoping they would understand is, no matter how much money you give, are you willing to take the chance to speak for those whose problems and voices go unheard. Beyonce’s people have responded to Harry’s comments.
