Artist Bio:
Born in DC Raised in Suitland Maryland, Darelle Kemper is a young man with an old soul. Kemper’s grandmother was the one that found music in him, and he went on and continued using his gift throughout from elementary throughout high school. He has done tons of performances just waiting on the opportunity to prove that he can be one of the greats, R&B soul wise.
