Pastor Mike Scruggs of Light of the World Ministries in Cincinnati was on the Russ Parr Morning Show today to explain his approach on addressing the subject of sex with his congregation. His story has gone viral and caused a bit of controversy. ”For us this is nothing new for our membership base…we do out of the box ministry,” Says Pastor Scruggs.
