Complete Building Services is seeking Chief Engineers for several contracts throughout Washington, DC region. CBS is a subsidiary of The Donohoe Companies – Washington’s oldest real estate company. Class A facility requires individual experienced in all facets of facility maintenance. Responsible for supervision of project staff. Responsible for the administrative,financial, logistical, training, and safety functions to include operations, maintenance and repair services required for the assigned project. Controls overall efficiency of the jobsite. Accountable for all jobsite actions. All tasks are to be completed at the jobsite to the appropriate customer, company or industry standards of excellence.
Operational and Supervisory tasks, administrative tasks, financial tasks and training tasks. Certificates-CFC license & state licensed Steam Engineering Grade 2 or above.
