(New York, NY) — NBC “30 Rock” actor Tracy Morgan is finally taking steps to finalize his divorce. According to the “New York Daily News,” Morgan filed for divorce on Friday in Bronx Supreme Court. He and wife Sabina have been married for 23 years, but have lived the last eight of those years apart. While details of the divorce are sealed, Sabina filed papers to end the marriage in January 2008 citing the actor’s drinking problem. Morgan has been in court more than once on drunk driving charges. He and his wife have three sons together.
